Nice Spots is a full service new media company offering clients a wealth of services. The Company got its start by becoming experts with video encoding, worldwide delivery of broadcast material and DVD authoring at the conception of each of these new technologies. We continue this cutting edge expertise today with services that included HD closed captioning, supporting P2 and Red Camera formats, as well as, in recent years, developing the Nice Spots web application.
The Nice Spots web application was created as a solution to many of the problems that were facing advertising agencies, production companies and post houses every day. There was a need for an application that had a robust Digital Asset Management tool at its core, but was easy to use and had the ability to allow users to collaborate from remote locations, organize and index their files and present and deliver their work in new, unique ways. The ultimate goal was to make life in the production world a whole lot easier.
The Nice Spots team accomplished this task from the ground up. Starting in 2004, these needs were researched; resolutions were thoughtfully developed and finally brought to fruition in January of 2006. Since then, the Nice Spots application is continually refined based on new technologies, new ideas, but mostly from the feedback and suggestions of our users. The result is a bright, simple and complete solution - a place where technology and efficiency blend effortlessly.
