INTERACTIVE ENTRIES:

For Interactive entries, entrants must provide either an uploaded case study video or a UNIQUE LIVE URL for each single entry where the work can be judged. Case study videos should not exceed 2 minutes in length.

Please note: URLs must remain live through December 2017. All entries that are not viewable during this time frame will be disqualified.

EntryBot

If you need help encoding your video files, you can use EntryBot. EntryBot is an online system, available 24/7, that automatically formats videos to the proper specs for award show entry. Just upload your file(s), select D Show and the file will immediately be processed. This is an optional service. There is a $5 fee per file.


PRINT ENTRIES SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

Print entries are uploaded digitally through the entry system, but corresponding physical print elements must also be supplied.

PDF Uploads
PDF files may be uploaded instead of JPEGS for multiple page submissions, for example: catalogs, style guides, etc. JPEG is the required file format for all images and single page documents.

Physical Print Submissions
In addition to the digital upload, all print entries must be physically submitted. Physical materials must be mailed to the Adcraft Club of Detroit by the deadline - find the address below.
-Attach one entry forms to the back of each entry. For example, a three part campaign should include three entry forms.
-For Print Campaigns, tape each campaign together accordion style reading from left to right (horizontal) as a single unit. Number each ad within the campaign in the same sequence as indicated on the entry form.
-Printed Materials and Promotions: submit original materials. A clear, plastic sleeve is advisable for printed material such as brochures, annual reports, etc.
